"I rarely review hotel stays but I was so disappointed with this hotel particularly after all the positive reviews. "Lhoucine at reception was the best, so kind and helpful. So was everyone else! They helped accommodate all of my requests and made me feel so safe and welcomed! The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend booking here if you travel to Casablanca!!"

"Excellent breakfast…hotel is one block off main thoroughfare in the new city section."

"Beautiful hotel the location is very busy. The parking garage of the hotel is closed so it’s very difficult to park."

"Great staff"

"The hotel design was impeccable and the breakfast was very tasty. I would recommend this hotel"

"It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff."

"Clean room, great and friendly staff, well located, comfortable bed and bathrooms, slept very well.... Stayed 2 nights octobre 25th and 26th 2026...."

"Noulimone the receptionist was very professional and welcoming. I explained there was no hot water in my room and she immediately came to my assistance. When it was determined that the problem was affecting all rooms and could not be fixed till the following morning she went out of her way to compensate me. She appealed to her manager on my behalf and allowed me to have a complementary buffet breakfast the next morning. This is what quality customer service represents to a world traveller like...
