I can deal with issues, but when we informed the company they simply didn't care, we have all messages saved for legal purposes. It was a disaster. It's my fault for wanting cheap. It's their fault for providing a horrible experience. Stay somewhere else."

"The rooms are immaculate, lovely clean hotel, the staff are really friendly. Excellent position in Benalmadena, close to the Marina and the paseo’s. "

"Highlight was definitely the wonderful staff, they were so friendly. Special mention to Laura and Lola in the restaurant, always smiling and happy to help. The food was great and a big selection catering for traditional uk and local/international options. The pool area was great too, lots of room but no changing room strangely? Positives far outweigh the few minor negatives. Yes it is noisy; you can hear every chair scraping on a distant balcony and the doors slam-is this down to the hotel or guests though? Positive list- comfy bed, great shower, wifi worked well, bar prices reasonable, close to everything (despite the hill!) Would definitely go back."
