Hotel dekat Pusat Perbelanjaan Southgate

"The location is not great. The hotel next door is run down. We were traveling for business and needed a clean room and bathroom, and this hotel delivered. The staff was incredible and there was easy grab and go breakfast options with some decent options for dining in. We will stay there again for future business trips."

"The owners are very nice. But they want you to pay for ice. No pool, no hot tub and pay for ice!"

"Quiet. Room clean and comfortable.Easy access to shops."

"We were planning to be in Bentonville for four days so we reserved a king suite. It had a small sitting area with a couch, chair, and tv. That made it nice to return to the hotel between activities and rest for a bit before heading out again. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare, but filling. My husband loved the 24-hour access to coffee."

"Great"

"Everything was nice! Luxurious The Staff from front desk to cleaning were knowledgeable & helpful....the property is very nice..highly recommend"

"Building needs some repairs and upgrades. There was a mildew smell in the building. Sheets were stained in an over use way. Toilet handle kept falling off, toilet seat was stained. It just needs to be taken care of better."

"Place is ok, nice quiet location, but smells unpleasant, service great, well for one night ok."

"Great stay love everything about it."

"Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. It has a very relaxing feel to it. The cafe in the lobby is good. It’s easy to access shopping and Walmart amp."

"This property is what you expect from an IHG Holiday Inn Express. The amenity of laundry services and outdoor seating areas help it feel like a community. Breakfast was great. Our bathroom, specifically the shower, could have been more clean (mold, etc.). The front desk staff, while friendly when spoken to, never initiated greetings or salutations as we entered or exited the property multiple times a day. Overall it was a good property for the rate and surrounding area amenities."

"We had a great stay. Room was clean and just as advertised. Easy check in/out."

"Everything was clean , nice staff and very good breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again ."

"The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean overall. However, the room had a noticeable pet odor, and the toilet seat wouldn’t close properly because it was stuck against the sink counter. The lobby looked much nicer than the rooms themselves. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and Walmart."

"Reception person had surly attitude but kitchen staff were friendly. Coffee and juices at breakfast were average, and no coffeemaker in room. No espresso machine. Beds were comfortable but toilet paper was thin/cheap."
