"Outstanding new hotel, with modern bathrooms and kitchenettes. Would love for the property to also have a hot tub; the pool was a nice refresher after the heat of the day. 10/10 recommend!"

"The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating"

"Clean room. Needed more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, a gentleman carried my bag upstairs when I checked in but after calling the front desk no one ever came. I would stay again"

"Very poor communication- the use of the door cards is bot explained. We placed a do not disturb when we went out after checking in, but removed it when we arrived. The next day, the room was bot cleaned. I called hotel desk and he said he was the only one on aite, no cleaning crew, and said we mist have placed a do not disturb sign. I told him we did not, his response, the system has the room flagged as “do not disturb.” I told him that was the day before and he said there is nothing he can do...

"The outdoor pool area looked lovely, but I did not have time to use that amenity. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. No wine glasses in room. Only paper or ceramic coffee cups available. Poor option for a wine country venue. Tacky. Had to pay extra for second log in fire place. Housekeeping knocked loud on my door even though I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door. It was 9 in the morning. Some how I was charged for two nights instead of one.??? Still working to resolve this error...

"Booked a room because of the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Burn holes on the comforter, SHOE PRINT on the pillow, a/c unit smelled. Luckily I had my own sleeping bag to place on the bed. Oh yeah, the best part was the bullet hole they tried to cover on the door lol. All to be expected with hookers down the street and people arguing in the parking lot."

"Beautiful hotel. Really nice clean rooms. Breakfast was nice but the hotel didn't know we had paid for breakfast so bring you Expedia receipt. Bring you swim suit. They also had a hot tub, but the jets were not functioning. Besides that we had a great time."
