"There was a old cookie in out heat ventilation, room smelt like cigars mold on the bathtub wall and tub ,line up for check in takes way to long need more staff for that ,our hand lotion was half full, asked for acouplw warmer blankets they were old and itchy ,the outdoor big pool was dirty the inside pool was slimy and smelt ive been coming here 7yrs in a row never seen it this bad "

"Stayed in a room that was still in the same condition from when they filmed Rambo. The staff was awesome but this was in the most dated room I’ve stayed in. Either way, it was comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was cramped and filled with the dressers, beds and kitchen appliances bought at someone’s garage sale. Not what we booked based on photos from the website. "

"We would most definitely stay here again. The whole experience was amazing. Modern look, spacious and clean room. The property itself also had a nice touch. I think when they renovated this property. A lot of passion was put into it. They spent money to update it and looks amazing. I think it made me appreciate Hope a bit more. The staff were friendly and kind. Extremely courteous. Would highly recommend and will definitely be spending sometime in September. Thanks so much for a great experience at your hotel. "

"Location was convenient, and room was clean. Make sure to lock room doors, as staff seemed to get confused as to who has checked out and who has not. If you are sensitive to sound, you may want to bring earplugs, as you can hear sounds from the carpark, as if they were right outside."
