"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. "We were welcomed and given a tour of the historic hotel by the front desk upon arrival. The room upgrade was to a suite overlooking the bay. The room, bed, and bath were clean and comfortable. A small gift arrived each day of our stay. The 1891 Bar proved to be an excellent alternative as we preferred early and smaller dinners. The Christmas brunch had excellent food options; it was a buffet next to the pools. The staff were most helpful on check out, holding our luggage until our rental car...
