"The advertisement said balcony ocean view. It should have said shared walkway with two little chairs. And the ocean view was through a window that has a staircase in front of it. The first night it was nice and quiet. Friday night the music from the restaurant takes over the room. Pets are allowed, even great big barking dogs. Thin walls and floors make that a treat. It was nice to sleep to the pitter patter of dog nails all night long. One would think you could turn on the tv to drown out a little noise, but the cable was not hooked up, and the WiFi for streaming was not working. If you plan on getting wasted by the jetty and need a place to crash maybe this is your place. Positive note, food at the restaurant was good. "

"The place was conveniently located close to our paddling race, so this was a huge plus. It was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff wasn’t super friendly when it came to asking for towels. They left barely any after room cleaning and getting more was like pulling teeth. Other than that, it was a good stay for the cost. "

"Reserved ocean front balcony & got a partial view of the inlet & no balcony. It appears I paid over $150 more that the room I got would normally cost. Room had coffee, but with the poor lighting I used my cell phone light to make the coffee. Shower has been redone & looked great - still need to add a shelf & find a profesiona painter."
