"Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a...

"The Queen beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING! The hostess checking us in was so helpful, polite, and shared everything the hotel has to offer. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated that it started at 6:00am and the staff member working the breakfast room was so kind and personable. The kids enjoyed the game room! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others. This is the hotel to stay at if you are in Des Moines.!!"

"Great stay! Very clean, everything was well, beds were super comfy. Only down I would say is I couldn’t connect Disney+ for my boys but other than that I would definitely book again!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they originally checked us into wasn't cleaned or ready. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately checked us into a different room and apologized profusely for the error. The room was clean & comfortable. We were very happy with everything."

"I’ll start by saying the staff here were all amazing. We stayed in a king suite. When we went to pull the sleeper sofa out it was stained with pee and the mattress was worn out. We ended up having to rent a second room which they offered to us at a discount which was nice. The hotel is just in need of a refurb and for $350/night I could have stayed at the Hilton. Location was good. "

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."

"The room was not clean. There was food in the fridge left by the previous guests, tabs from cans on the floor and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the bed was really noisy so when people moved, you heard it. I didn’t have an issue with parking but their ramp got full so other people had to find alternative parking."
