"Wonderful. Quickest checkin ever. Updated rooms"

"Jayden and April were amazing and truly helpful. If I go back it would be because of them. Room’s ceilings are thin. I heard every step the person above me made. Other than that. Great hotel."

"They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times."

"Room was clean. But, a used bar soap was left in the shower and no bath mat was left. They did bring one when we requested it. Also when we reported that the coffee maker was leaking, they replaced it but never informed us. We could not tell because the coffee and supplies were never replaced and put in a neat order. They also did this when we asked. We shouldn’t have had to ask!"

"They never clean the floor and never change the bed sheet even when I ask"

"The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"Strong odor smell that changed depending on what part of the hotel you are in."

"Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Rooms very clean and beds were very comfortable"

"Not bad for the money starting to show its age."

"Ba"

"For $159 a night it’s a very good value and most important the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows"

"There for a class so no time to use amenities. Hotel nice mostly clean but the hard to reach edges of floor and shower dirty."

"The only issue with the property was the Breakfast. Not sure what it was or how we were supposed to have breakfast. Otherwise we had rented the handicapped room and it was exactly what we needed for our Son"
