"Our stay was great overall. Very stylish and clean hotel/ rooms, amazing breakfast with great variety ranging from standard options to local cuisine. The shower pressure in the room was a bit low and didn't improve much even when we reported and had it looked at. Customer service managers were kind and helpful."

"Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation."

"The rooms we had were very clean with great views of the city and Huangpu River. Staff very friendly. The buffet breakfast also had a great selection of choices. Metro and ferry just 10mins walk. Great location."

"Stayed six nights in a Twin Star Suite and got a corner room with a fantastic view of the river and city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options—from fresh pastries to a build-your-own congee station. We also received two complimentary laundry items per day, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it to both first-time visitors and seasoned travelers."
"Although is older than my stay 2 years ago but still in good condition. Rare to find a hotel aircon thermostat is working.
Super convenient to walk to exhibition (max 5min) and linked to their own Mall. All you need is within the hotel and mall.
However, this is a 5* hotel the price is 5* as well.
