The hotel is a few blocks away from downtown Petaluma and all the restaurants. excellent location. great prize value. "Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"Expedia users often get less desirable rooms. This room was right above the entry to the hotel and not interesting/bad view. Hotel clearly was not very busy – seems like they lose an opportunity to upgrade someone when there is clearly a lot of availability. More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. I now see in the small print that it was in fact posted in Expedia, but who reads the small print when you stay at the hotel multiple times? There was no “I’m sorry“ at check-in or...

"Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"

The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return."
