"Other than dealing with Tropical storm Lala while there, Everything was great, the staff was excellent & helpful. The amenities are great as well, like 3 hot tubs, 2 pools, complimentary bikes, a drinking water refill machine, great air-conditioning, and excellent location."

"The Andaz is tremendous multilayer property. The staff is a hit or miss. The beach service is sourced out and closes at 4:45. The regular rooms face the parking lot. You cannot self park. Adding a $50 daily charge."
