"Coffee maker was broken in room. Asked front desk for a cup of coffee from the coffee cart, they said no. We cant give out coffee, but will put in a ticket to have the maker in the room fixed. For a one night stay this isnt an acceptable answer. "

"Two buildings with 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL elevators. This time of year there are lots of families traveling with children. Some kids were unsupervised, jumped inside the elevator and put it out of service. This means that you'd have to go down the stairs with your luggage. It happens too often. Even though I really like this hotel and it's location, I won't stay there during the summer months."
