"My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. "The Istaravshan Apartments were in an excellent location in the centre of the Tashkent City Park area and close to a Metro Station. There are Restaurants, Cafe's and shops in the vicinity of the Apartments and they are very close to the Tashkent City Park with its nightly Water Feature Shows. The Apartments are linked to the Holiday Inn Hotel for breakfasts. The Apartment was clean and well maintained during my stay."

"Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...

"While the room was clean enough and the breakfast decent, one specific experience at this hotel left us with a bad impression. I upgrades to a larger room with two beds to accommodate a last minute acquaintance of mine. The keys they gave us stopped working for several hours. We left for the day and when we came back they refused to give us two keys despite having an upgraded room for 2 guests. The front desk staff also demanded my payment which is customarily paid at the end of the stay. ...

"My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time.
The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining.
Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection."
