"We went during a sports travel tournament for children so the hotel was filled with children not an issue as I have kids. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to it being filled to max capacity until closing (11 pm) by mostly children. And the noise level from 1pm on from I assume the bar guests downstairs having their smokes outside was a bit much then we heard some very aggressive rough housing until about 3am. Seems like more of a party vibe place to stay or a place for youth tournaments-...

"Very old and outdated place. Carpet was very dirty with lots of stains on it, bathtub was pealing off. Not enough towels in the room for the number of people the room was booked for and it took the front desk almost an hour to send us additional towels. We will never stay at this location again and won’t recommend it."

"Stayed at the Hotel 11 for an overnight before meeting a friend at the airport for her later flight. Clean, well-maintained hotel and convenient for what I needed it for. Shuttle timing worked out well, just note that the shuttle leaves on the hour for return trips to the airport, so it's not on-demand. Not much in the way of restaurant options nearby, so I ate at the hotel's Fairport, and it was good. Friendly staff."

"We found the 2 bedroom dorm room to be as we expected. It was very bare and simple but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the price was reasonable for what we got. No TV in suite so bring your devices.
The cupboards are bare in the kitchenette so bring what you need to have breakfast in your room. There is no place to get coffee without getting in the car and taking a drive so keep that in mind! Next time we’ll bring something along. The parkade is a bit of a walk away and costs $11...
