"The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. "Don’t stay here unless cheapness or closeness to the train station is imperative. Elevator is a rickety old coffin made in the 80s with missing buttons and things to together with duct tape, the lobby call button is held on with a zip tie, my shower head was broken so non of the water came from the main nozzle, came out the sides and the drain didn’t work quickly so if you were in there more than 5 mins the water level would rise and flood the bathroom, the toilet button was snapped off and the...

"This might be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. If not it is in the top 3. The details are amazing. We stayed in the ambassador suite and it was spacious... and gorgeous! There are stairs to the bathroom so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. The staff are nice and helpful. Special shout out to Samma and Hammid. You are close to the Medina but can still be dropped off by car and get out of town quickly. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip"
