"Great location in the heart of Brussels. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant, which has great pancakes but none of the famous Belgian waffles. Room was small and didn't have a mini-fridge, but it was clean and air conditioned. When I leaned out the window, I could see the town hall spire. Friendly staff."

"The toilet didn’t flush. We had maintenance come 3 times and it was never actually fixed. Also, our room air conditioning did not work. It was cooler outside or in the hall way. Again we asked for help from the front desk shortly after checking in but it wasn’t remedied throughout our stay."

"Wonderful location, good breakfast. There is no working Air conditioner in the rooms cause they don’t want to update what they have!

"Our second stay in this very pleasant budget hotel. The only downside was that our room had a separate bedroom that seemed to trap heat and was difficult to keep cool in the muggy weather, even with the windows open overnight (staff very helpfully provided an electric fan). "Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs.
Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors.
Overall, good. We would stay there again.
The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."
