"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard, and the constant noise from people outside made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the temperature control in the room was another major issue. We did not have full control over the thermostat, and the room became so unbearably hot that I had to turn the heat off completely and sleep with the window open, despite it being only...

"Hotel is steps away from St Hubert Galleries and the Grand Place with so many shops and restaurants to choose from around the area. Also it’s close to the central train station which is few steps away. They have a cafe’ at the lobby. Staff were fine. The downside is, it’s noisy at night, you can hear artists singing at the square. We had our room cleaned twice for our 5 days stay but housekeeping doesn’t vacuum the carpet and doesn’t mop the BR floor. They only change the towels and make up your...

"We had a wonderful stay overall, and the location was truly fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's main landmarks, the central train station, and countless restaurants and cafés, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
The only drawbacks were that the room felt quite small, and it would have been nice to have some additional amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle.
We also found that the soundproofing could be improved. During our stay,...

"El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, pero el servicio no es lo esperado para uno hotel de esa categoría y esa marca.
La habitación tenía la ducha tapada, la tina rota y con goteras. La habitación no cuenta con calefacción en la habitación principal y tampoco tiene cobijas adicionales. A pesar de informar estos detalles a la recepción, no fueron gestionados oportunamente.
De acuerdo al servicio prestado desde el check in, decidimos no tomar el desayuno y creo que fue lo mejor porque nos...

"Excellent location, but dismal, dirty room with accessibility challenges
Expedia’s description of this hotel promotes fireplaces, comfort and amenities. None of these are accurate. Our room for two guests with two twin beds pushed together was bland, dirty and lacked any decoration, warmth or attraction. The dingy white walls were completely bare except for a faded, dusty plastic flower glued to one wall. The window curtains and throw pillows on the bed were old, stained and wrinkled and bath...

"Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by several unpleasant incidents.
On my very first night, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Naturally, this had a major impact on my entire stay. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would, however, like to highlight that the staff member working the night shift was helpful throughout the situation, which I greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On my second...
