"The property was located the marina and water taxis that take you to the islands.. We had dinner on property which was great and our stay included the morning buffet breakfast which was delicious.. All of the employees were very professional and courteous, including all the waiters and waitresses bartenders and front desk and maids. If I was ever to come back to Portugal I would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. Again, thank you!"

"The common areas of property were well maintained, staff appeared to be very diligent. The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. I called multiple times because our room door did not lock, could be pushed open from outside, would lock when we were inside. The maintenance guys did arrive and worked to get it fixed. "I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

"This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!"

"The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had...
