"Lovely smaller hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but yet only a 10 min walk along the river to get there. Amazing staff who can’t do enough to help and are always engaging and wonderful to speak with. Spacious rooms larger bathroom and big overhead shower. Nice having the main pool that is for over 12’s bit with the separate pool for children on other side of the gardens. Breakfast was good with your usual selection of food stations. Would highly recommend"

"Super close to Hoi An old town, friendly staff and yum food in the restaurant. Pool is good for relaxing by with lounges and umbrellas but the water is quite warm. Room is very comfortable with personal control over the air conditioning (much needed)."

Tiny was absolutely lovely and helpful at the restaurant and breakfast. On our departure day, nothing was a problem. We could store our bags for the day while we walked around the streets. "First, let’s be clear. This is not a 5 star resort. At best, it’s an undersupplied, over extended, large 4 start hotel. Most of the property looks like an abandon mall, covered with photos of what could be in those places, or perhaps what used to be in those places. Its unclear. For a massive “resort”, having 1 restaurant on site is ridiculous. For a massive resort that brags about its large pool and private beach, never having enough chairs at either is ridiculous. And even if we were...

"A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four."

"This hotel was nice and close to stores and many tailor shops. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I reserved the option that says 1 king bed or 2 twins, hoping for the 2 twin bed option and they had none available so it would be a good idea to call ahead. The morning breakfast was nice bite sized options to choose from with someone cooking eggs and Pho. The staff was friendly, except it seems like at night if the manager is not around there is not much they can do without them....
