"They want to charge be 8,460,00 for two loads of laundry. My fiancé also got a skin rash from the pool. They add too much chlorine. Not to mention the beach is restricted to a kid size area where you can’t even go out beyond the wave break. If your going to restrict guest to a single area at least invest in a grimace area. P.S. In Vietnam hotels have no authority over beaches, you can ignore them. But this hotel will threaten you if you don’t go to swim area dispute having absolutely no legal...

"Lovely Hotel in short walking distance to the old town. Rooms were great as were the hotel pools and roof top bar. We had the executive lounge package which was excellent. Buffet breakfast was awesome.Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back."

"Excellent 7-Night Stay at Saga Hotel Hoi An! We spent a fantastic week in a pool-view apartment. The room was great with a brilliant shower, and the TV easily took our Fire Stick. As a massive bonus for sports fans, the IT team went completely above and beyond, setting up a dedicated Access Point and private Wi-Fi SSID just for me to stream football.
