Great cleaning service - we didn't want the room cleaned each day so they hung a bag of fresh towels and teas on the door each day. Be warned that the rooms are HOT and the street noise, seagulls, early morning leafblowers and building work drilling makes it impossible sleep in. Ask for a fan as this truly helped, but after 4 days we were very much ready for our own bed again."

"Some of the cleaning staff needs to pay attention to their personal hygiene. There no reason for a guest to be blasted with the overpowering body odour of some staff in the lifts or hallways. It is markedly so in the elevator the housekeeping staff uses that opens to the back area. It needs to be addressed. "
