"We received a lovely welcome when we checked in and we were upgraded to a larger room with a waterside view. The hotel is perfectly located for the Bristol Sounds events and provides easy access to a wide range of food and drink options. We booked for bed and breakfast and we are glad we did, the buffet breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold choices and the breakfast room is delightful."

"Central location close to the Beacon, markets, restaurants and other food outlets, and pubs. Enclosed yard with tables and seating. Soft but comfortable bed. Quite tight bedroom and bathroom but OK. Great breakfast options. Just a little noisy into the early hours but England had just won at football!"

"Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent, very fast, friendly and efficient. Even had gluten free cookies on arrival. Room was immaculate, great bed, air con, shower, coffee machine and tea making facilities. In an excellent location for Temple Meads and harbourside. Absolutely A1 experience."

"I stayed one night and selected the hotel based on its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice for that, although there is some road construction going on directly around it which made rolling one’s bag a little more difficult than it would normally be. The hotel is a little “tired” but very clean well maintained. Good bed and very decent bar/restaurant. "Was able to check in a tad early which was quite handy. Unit was very clean. Building was very quiet. Easy to find and get to. Neighbourhood was quiet. Check out process was also easy. Having access to a washing machine during my stay was very handy although it was a bit challenging to figure out as someone who has never used washing machines in Europe (I should’ve googled before thinking I could easily figure it out lol) but my only potential suggestion there would be a laminated easy guide for...
