"Hotel was lovely modern but with an old school twist. Pianist in the bar, silverware on the breakfast tables and impeccable service by the wonderful staff. Enjoyed our stay, lovely waterfront position. Great food in the river Grille and fabulous cocktails on Ricks. "

"Hotel is minimal but clean. Location is best for proximity to train station, a bit further from most Bristol sights, attractions, and entertainment. Bathroom retained a lot of moisture after showers, expect some dampness but nothing noxious. Staff was usually not at the front desk but they had digital kiosks for check-in and contactless check-out options."

"Staff were lovely and happy to help. We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room. Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

"Easy chill check in, nice room comfy bed. Good price for bank holiday weekend. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of the city - our room was noisy from the outside bars and clubs with the window open, but this wasn’t an issue as closing them soundproofed the whole place. Bathroom very small - not much space for getting ready etc. But not an overly big issue. Overall lovely. "

"Great location for the Harbourside and millennium square, reasonable price for hotel and carpark with discount (£10/24 hours) very nearby, room adequate and clean with shower ensuite. I had an Amazon delivery which the reception staff held for me without bother. I'd definitely return. "
