"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"The facility needs work. The light over the mirror in the bathroom didn't work so you had to turn on the vent/light. When you turn on the vent light after about 20 seconds it started making a loud sqealing noise. The room was a suite so it had a counter and cabinets. The cabinet door was broken completely off the hinges and they just leaned the door against the cabinet.
