"We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax. There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly...

"The property was perfectly located close to great locations. Felt stuffy at times, but it was in the middle of a heat wave. There was some malfunction with the electricity in the bathroom. The lights kept going off and we could hear some shocking sounds at times. Otherwise the staff were great and the breakfast was delicious."

The rooms are impeccable and they’ve thought of every detail—plenty of outlets for charging; lovely spacious bathrooms with double sinks; comfy chairs for resting in the room; plenty of lighting options; and excellent air conditioning. Personnel were kind, thoughtful and friendly. Reception was helpful and courteous when we needed a taxi and to store a couple of bags between stays. "The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. Very secure, safe and convenient that we didn’t need to carry around a card. The building itself is a bit old and dusty at...

"The hotel is a hostel that was perfectly located in the middle of the city which was great. I hated that place Expedia advertised it as a hotel and never mentioned it to be a hostel. The room was a “deluxe “ which means I had a hotel room. Well first of all the room was small and the bathroom had mosquitoes and smelled like sewage. I did not shower during my stay here and had to book another hotel nearby. The breakfast was good"

"アトーチャ駅すぐの場所でアクセスしやすかったです。チェックインは昼頃に到着しましたがチェックインを受け付けていただきありがたかったです。チェックインの住所や氏名記入はタブレットに表示されていて間違いないかの確認でスムーズに入室できました。とても素晴らしい体験ができました。 部屋にはバスローブやミニバーでネスプレッソのマシーンがあったおかげで出来立てのコーヒーでハッピーになれました。 内装のライトアップが良かったし、窓からは吹き抜けの爽快感のある景色が見れます。 TVには名前入りのようこその文字で表現されていて嬉しかったです。 朝食はホテルの最上階で食べられます。インテリアが上質でオムレツも美味しかったです。テラスに出るとマドリードの景色が大きく見渡せます。素晴らしいです。"

"El hotes está descuidado, las habitaciones son viejas, sucias, de uso constante y poco mantenimiento. Se ve que es un hotel que se utiliza para convenciones de grupos grandes y resulta cómodo pero para vacaciones no es opción esta lejos y no esta comodo."
