"Weeds and fallen tree limbs all along property. Stairwells hadn't been vacuumed. No wash cloths in bath. Plaster fallen from wall in hallway. Large patch was put up with scotch tape which wasn't holding patch closed. Hallway walls were just sections of some material that had gaps between them. Morning clerk couldn't get her nose out of her phone and didn't know what a washcloth was. Breakfast area was almost empty at 7:15 and I doubt it was restocked. No napkins. No yogurt. Orange juice...
