"The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all."

"Like staying there but their business room was pretty broken. Wanted to use computer to run off a couple of things and it wouldn't start up. Had girl from the front desk to look at it. She got it started but said they had a power outage recently. Tried to use printer and didn't work at all. These items were important to us. We managed but made life more difficult."

"Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently."

"They are having renovations. No pool. No breakfast. Only 1 elevator works. 1st room tv, a/c, fridge did not work. Second room was all good except tub did not drain. We have stayed there a few times but that over a year ago. If we knew they were having construction we would have stayed elsewhere. From now on I’ll call the hotel before I book & if they are having construction we will stay elsewhere."
