"I want to give this place 5 stars sooo bad but we had giants above us and non stop all night the walls would shake, I am not exaggerating we thought the ceiling and the lights were going to fall off. We got maybe an hour of sleep- you can hear everything-cars, people talking, dogs etc plus whoever was above us moved all the time and all night. Staff was amazing beyond amazing. The hotel itself soo gorgeous."

"Desayuno muy completo, wifi funcionaba muy bien, habitaciones limpia, muy pequeño el baño , pero el agua está caliente así que excelente para el frío, también había calentador. La ubicación a sólo unas cuadras de la plaza grande en pleno centro histórico. Así que si me volvería a quedar! Solicité transporte del aeropuerto que me envió el hotel y también todo excelente."

"Everything was clean and nice, staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was varied and made fresh every day (bread, eggs, local juice, fruit). Room was clean and a good size for local accomodations. We had room #2 which had the balcony and faced the street so there was occasional traffic noise if you're sensitive to that (we were fine). Shout out to Luis and Lucia whom made our stay comfortable and welcoming. Airport 'shuttle' was by taxi or rideshare for us, arranged by the hotel, $35...

"The only thing that was challenging was getting to the hotel since the Uber couldn't take us straight to it and we had to walk down a big hill and weren't entirely sure where we were going. Otherwise everything else at this hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing the room was great, everything was really beautiful. It was a great stay!
