"Free breakfast included is unbeatable, although choices are limited, but the view at the venue is stunning. Hotel is close to JR train station with a 5 minutes walk. Parking is easy but need to be on first come first serve basis."

"I overslept on the day of check out and passed check out time about 10 min. Meantime received 3 phone calls from the front to reminded me. As I approached the front desk and apologized, the front desk clerk appeared to be unhappy with me with very little words. I was waiting for my sister to pick me up and the same clerk welcomed the other guest with totally different attitude. Understanding that I was late for checking out but I believe that the professional approach must be maintained in the hospitality industry regardless of the situation. This hotel’s check out time is 10am whereas other hotels I’ve stayed are 11am. If I didn’t feel this way, the review would have been 5 stars. "
