The lady at the front desk was charming made me feel like I’ve been there before so nice told me everything I needed to know. The room was beautiful clean even had a balcony I didn’t know I was Guna have. When I asked for towels literally 3 people came to bring me towels lol. Super nice staff place is nice. "At first glance we were impressed by the room but that changed the more time we spent in the room. The room hadn’t been really dusted or vacuumed in a while. The vents were coated in heavy layers of dust as well. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the two TVs had no remote controls and the creamer in the coffee station were spoiled since they expired 6 months ago."
