"Non smoking room was booked, they checked me in 3 different non smoking rooms, but 3 rooms had very bad smoking smell, when asked staff, their reply was that they were not able to control the guest and since most of the rooms have smoking smell. Also bedding was not clean, lot of stains on bedding. No soap and shampoo as well. Very bad experience"

"Inexpensive. The room was clean (when I arrived) and didn't smell, the air conditioner worked, and the shower had hot water. The room was poorly maintained. The privacy latch hung off the doorjamb, as if the door had been kicked in. There was a power strip dangling from the microwave (this is a code violation). The toilet flushed properly about half the time. There was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but I was here for five days, the room was never cleaned, and the trash wound up spilling...

"Terrible. The beds were uncomfortable and staff was rude"

"I couldn’t even check it n. So I didn’t stay. Nobody was at the front desk. A person at the lobby told me that she was employee of the hotel and was fired earlier same day as well as the rest of the stuff. Lobby area was greasy, cart with dirty look sundry was in the middle of it! Stay away from this place as far as possible. I requested full refund!"

"It's a cheap motel. The desk lady was nice, the AC worked, there was hot water, the bed was clean and soft. The shower curtain rod was sagging a little and none of the walls/tile etc looked like they'd been maintained recently, but we weren't expecting luxury! The only big complaint we had was that there were seemingly ALWAYS emergency vehicles outside the hotel, which didn't make us feel safe and flashed a lot of lights into our room. The location is really good for getting to things around...

"Appears to be a place where those addicted to meth stay. They say no smoking but I smelled smoking everyday. No one ever cleaned the room, broken furniture, no sitting area, view of a fake beach scene on a screen when lifted, view of the parking lot and expressway. Staff unhelpful, paid for an extra day so I could check out late the day I was actually leaving. Lady at the counter told me I could not check out until the next day. I left the room key, walked out and drove to the airport. I will...

"The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning."

"Quiet comfortable room"

"Upon arrival the computer system was down and our booking could not be processed. Not the fault of staff but the problem with the digital age is no back up system like credit card machines in the past, or even taking cash ! We were left with leaving town because every other hotel was booked."
