"Holiday Inn is always a pleasure to stay at - well maintained facilities, great rooms that are modern and in good condition. A nice gym which is always welcome and great to be able to do a workout. Breakfast included is great - unfortunately the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery detracts from the otherwise well appointed atmosphere and high standards…. Would always opt for a Holiday Imn property if I have the choice."

"My toilet was not filling. I discovered it at midnight when I returned from a graduation party. I was able to fix it myself. It happened one more time the next morning. Again I fixed it. I did report it to the desk when I left. Hope it was addressed."

"Breakfast is below average and would not depend on eating there again. My room AC had a very noisy sound coming from the AC. The guy at the front desk came up and looked at it. He then changed the room to one down the hall. It was fine and no more noise. The hotel is old but the rooms are OK. It's my rating of average for Tulsa, OK. I will look for another hotel next time with a better breakfast offering."

"Representatives from Expedia began calling five days before our arrival to say our reservation was canceled and needed to make new reservations at a different hotel. It was very suspicious because they sound suspicious. I called the Quality Inn they verified our rooms had not been canceled. I arrived and was told there wasn't a reservation and didn't exist. After calling Expedia they verified reservation. It is my belief because of the event in town, our rooms were canceled to charge more...

"Expedia misrepresented the deal by not highlighting the fact that the rate was for a non smoking room! When I contacted the hotel I was told they would not change it and that I must take it up with the 3rd Party provider….I tried to also amend the dates of my stay as Expedia had also made an error in not confirming a prior booking that I had attempted to make. "Room and hotel were very clean, didnt use amenities or the breakfast so cant comment on that. Ony thing is rooms were a bit small but were nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Location was very good for us as well."

"Water was shut off several hours. I was in the shower when it was turned off...not good. When I called the front desk, they coukd have been more pleasant."

"While I hadn’t used the shower I notice they it was dirty. I heard a sound that I would describe as a water backing up. So I believe this is how the tub got dirty Should be looked into. There was a hole in the window bottom left corner. Didn’t call any problems just that I don’t think it should be note."
