Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "

"For the most part, the room was clean, but the bathroom shower door did not stay shut, and there were roach or ant traps underneath the sink which suggests they may be present; although, we didn’t see any. Also, the elevator was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t come, which made walking downstairs with children and luggage a little difficult."

"The only reason I put this rate is because the noise, I was at bottom floor and I can heard everything rooms upstairs , it was a kid of a shame because I have kids "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. The location is absolutely perfect, there are so many shops, restaurants and things to do in the area. The only negative is the lack of an elevator but considering everything else, that’s not a deal breaker."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite. The unit has a full kitchen but dishwasher did not work. The refrigerator has an ice machine but it was not connected. The clothes dryer did not work which was a bummer since I washed clothes while there. The electrical plugs in master bathroom did not work. The unit is spacious and quiet. We walked to Catalina Ferry and Ocean of The Pacific. There is Vons nearby and pizza near hotel was good."

"Good location. Good value. Clean room easy check in friendly staff. It’s an older motel with an older tv, not very many outlets, very rough sheets. Definitely not luxury but clean and cheap for the night before a cruise"
