"The photos and descriptions on website are pretty inaccurate. The shower is impossible to use unless you are 3 feet tall. The worst part is the owner chose to throw a New Year party and keep us up until 2 am despite us asking to sleep as we had an early flight. Just an overall disappointing experience "

"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. "The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...
