"My husband and I booked this stay hoping for a relaxing getaway where we could unplug and reconnect. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but relaxing and ended up being incredibly stressful from beginning to end. The issues started before we even arrived. "Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel."

"Front desk is rude, room is so dated and the bed was horrible. The chair in the room had stains on it and so did the curtains. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. We went to the pool which is knee deep, was over by the hot tub and there was so much scum on the side of it people had been writing bath things in the scum. Was saving a couple bucks and got the city view instead of the water view, big mistake, it is a parking lot view. Tried to change to the water view and they refused even...
