"We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……"

"The hotel could use some maintenance. The wires for the door lock had been visibly cut, allowing anyone in the building with or without a key. The room was clean, except for the couch cushion, that had dry vomit on it underneath. The staff was helpful, but their were no available rooms to switch to, so we had to go to a different hotel. We were refunded our whole 3 night stay,as the vomit was discovered the first night and room deemed unhabitable for humans."

"Place has extra free cockroaches, tub was nasty, toilet seat was so loose you fall off. Don't stay here!!"

"Thank you for honoring our request for a upper level room in a quiet corner away from the highway. Perfect room and location for a well needed respite. Very quiet atmoshpere, excellent cleaning of the room and set up. Our only issue was the air conditioner and thermostat as we attempted numerous times to adjust the blowing of cold air through out our stay. We also called the front desk and attempted their solution. Lobby area was welcoming and open. As it was our first time not sure if there was...

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"

"The rooms smelled horrible, first one smelled like cigarette smoke and 3o year old carpet. The next room we moved to smelt like 30-year old carpet with mildew."

"Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too."
