"By far the best hotel I stayed at in all of Italy. We received a spacious updated room. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. The bar and restaurant were great. The staff at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful, getting our taxis and recommending local restaurants. We will most definitely return "

"Checked into our room and there were screaming kids opposite. After a few mins I went to reception and asked to be moved, which we were, though the the front desk seemed hacked off about it. In our second room there was a whining and barking dog opposite. I'm a dog person, but it was clearly in the room alone, it was off and on the whole 2 days we were there. "Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was out of this world. The breakfast had so much variety. Will definitely be staying there again. "
