"For 3 nights and 3 days, we had no hot water whatsoever. We could not take a shower during the entire stay. It was extremely hot outside and caused us to sweat a lot, it was very uncomfortable not being able to cleann ourselves. "For a national park accommodations it was better than some, worse than others. Mattresses lumpy, very loud bathroom exhaust fan, yet did actually have a TV, with 12 channels and a mini refrigerator. Multiple dead bugs in the room on the floor and a few live lightening bugs, but this is in a park setting."

"The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!"
