Staff was incredibly rude when we discovered the pool/hot tub weren’t available, and didn’t mention it at check in. I requested a refund through Expedia and was only refunded $50, although I wouldn’t have booked here at all if I had known since we specifically chose this property for the pool/hot tub. "Room was nice. Bed was ok. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok. Did not use the pool. The room next to ours kept slamming the door for about an hour at 11 pm. Other than that it was quiet enough."
