Hotel dekat Pantai Ragia

"J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une semaine avec deux de mes amies l'année dernière, en plein mois de juillet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu familial, le personnel est très sympathique et agréable, tout est propre et organisé pour que tout se déroule au mieux. Nous avions loué une voiture pour la semaine afin de pouvoir découvrir l'île et il a été très facile pour nous de garer la voiture, peu importe l'heure à laquelle nous rentrions. L'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres...

"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

"Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach"

"Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, der erste Eindruck war aber viel besser. Meerblick, saubere Wohnung, alles was benötigt wird vorhanden. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt, Top. Meine Frau und ich fühlten uns die Woche sehr wohl."

"The view is beautiful and right in front of the ocean. The room is properly cleaned every day and comfortable. The manager MR Vasilis is being very helpful. One little thing to mention: the contact number on the website are out of date, before one week of our arrival, it’s almost impossible to get any responses as we need ed to sort out late arrival arrangements, we did panic. But once we are able to get hold of Mr Vasilis, communication was nice and smooth, he replied all questions promptly....

"The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia."
