"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"Very nice hotel. The room is beautiful, beds are comfy and clean. The overall decor was very high-end. The staff was very friendly and helpful mostly. The daily amenity fee has no value however; you get glass bottled water which is nice and records and record player in the room - not worth $29 (there's no pool or complimentary food just the bottled water in the room and lemon water in the lobby during the day). "The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. There is a security at the entrance of the pier so nobody can come in. Guests can take walks at the pier, but not the whole pier but some areas. "The hotel room was very clean and spacious but it was clearly an older establishment. The breakfast was cheap tasting. The staff at Dynasty didn’t seem to care for their job. "The staff was very rude to me and my children. I asked the front desk for two paper bowls and they told me that the breakfast area was closed and that they were not wasting their time going to get me any bowl because they were really busy. They told me that I was being rude for asking and that I was disturbing them I told her she was being rude and that I would come back for a refund on my room and she told me yeah right."
