"This place is amazing. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was delicious and made to order."

"Amazing resort with beautiful beach and pools, friendly staff, and great food. The only downside was that all the restaurants are a-la-carte, and even the breakfast buffet requires you to wait for tea/coffee service and to sign a bill afterwards (even if you purchased the all-inclusive dining option you still need to sign for tip and "charge" to room). The service at the restaurants is extremely slow (expect 1.5 hours for lunch and 2 hours for dinner) so it's hard for families with small kids who get impatient. Other issue was the the water heater in the villas is small, so if 4 people take showers one after the other the 3rd and 4th person will have cold water. "

"We had a lovely time here! The beach front location and multiple bars were great and made for a relaxing time. The only downside was we had to remind the staff multiple times to give us the amenities they told us we’d get for staying there during our honeymoon. We got everything eventually though. The sailing, tubing, and kayaking that were available for free were awesome. Overall, lovely place and would stay again!"

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The food was another major letdown—bland, overly salted, and generally uninspired across the board. It felt like very little thought or care went into the dining experience. Lastly, the events and entertainment felt poorly executed—more childish than engaging, and overall thrown together without much attention to quality. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied—especially after a manager argued with me when I tried to provide feedback, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Good place for one night stay. The down side is that if the neighbors in the back party, you will be in the party. The sound goes straight into your apartment."

"Chancella (the host of this villa), is very sweet, understanding, patient, and accommodating. Upon arrival she gave me contacts for taxis, excursions & restaurants she recommended, and helped me anytime I had questions. Whether you are traveling with friends, family or alone, rest assured that this villa is not only very beautiful and quiet, but also very safe! 10/10 will definitely stay here when i visit again!
