"We had a lovely time here! The beach front location and multiple bars were great and made for a relaxing time. The only downside was we had to remind the staff multiple times to give us the amenities they told us we’d get for staying there during our honeymoon. We got everything eventually though. The sailing, tubing, and kayaking that were available for free were awesome. Overall, lovely place and would stay again!"

"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make everything effortless. They helped us organize our outings, arrange taxi transfers, and secure dinner reservations. A special shout‑out to Claudius, who was truly the best taxi driver—punctual, kind, and who shared so much information on the different locations we visited. The property sits directly on a beautiful, quiet beach that feels like your own private escape. A perfect place to relax and unwind."

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The food was another major letdown—bland, overly salted, and generally uninspired across the board. It felt like very little thought or care went into the dining experience. Lastly, the events and entertainment felt poorly executed—more childish than engaging, and overall thrown together without much attention to quality. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied—especially after a manager argued with me when I tried to provide feedback, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Good place for one night stay. The down side is that if the neighbors in the back party, you will be in the party. The sound goes straight into your apartment."
