"Nice stay. But we were asked to stay in a different property for the day1 due to over booking. Property was clean and staff was very good."

"Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area."

"Rooms are goods, bathrooms recently renovated. AC/TV/toiletries are working and provided. However, breakfast portions are very less. Other hotels in the vicinity give buffet, these guys give single items only. No daily complementary bisleri water bottles either. Even a request for an umbrella for 2-3 hrs was turned down"

Housekeeping people are not doing proper work. Just for formalities they are doing work. Many broken, rusted and damaged in the rest room. "

The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...
