Same family owns there on same street all with same name sunstar which can get confusing for swiggy orders. Door security was amazing and well tipped along with entire staff. Such hardworking, honest and grateful staff. Definitely a safeguard place"

The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...

"建物やベッド、布団は年季入っているが不潔な感じはしなかった。 全体的に埃っぽくて、拭き掃除みたいなことはされてないように思えた。 お湯が使える時間帯に制限があるらしくて、初日の深夜はお湯が出なかった。（もしかしたら冬と夏で事情が変わるのかもしれないが） 従業員の方々はフレンドリーで英語が通じた。荷物の受け取りもしてもらえた。 ルームサービスで料理を注文する事もできるらしい。今回利用しなかったが、インドの電話番号がなくてZomato等利用できない旅行者にとってはありがたいと思う。目の前に綺麗めなレストランもある"
