"Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. "We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels"
