The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities met my expectations. I would especially like to recognize Jaylen for providing outstanding customer service. Jaylen was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made a noticeable difference and contributed greatly to a smooth and enjoyable experience. "EXCELLENT house keeping! Supposedly it’s “light” but these women scrubbed my bathroom, vacuumed… bed linens and towels very clean. I normally wipe down all surfaces at hotel including remotes and find that they are grimey even when they “look clean”. Not the case here… it was pretty clean. Not bad for a low-end hotel. Breakfast was cool for what you pay per night. "
