Hotel dekat Ralph B. Clark Regional Park

"First off the advertisement is not as is said..the breakfast is poor for a high-end hotel. The wristband situation..they give you a wristband to use the pool and have breakfast but if you loose it they wanna charge you 50 for replacement..which is not in their contract or in their hotel policy..very shady..check in time is at 3pm and check out at 11qm..what's up w that your loosing a lot of time staying here honestly there's better hotels on the area for what this place offers..and the pool you...

"This hotel was really nice except that our room smelled like dog pee. I feel like if you’re gonna allow pets, you should only have certain rooms that are pet friendly and keep other rooms free from pet smells. We didn’t ask for a new room, we just dealt with it cause we were only there one night. The room looked clean, but it didn’t smell clean."

"It's okay"

"The property is well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Good location"

"Loved this hotel. Staff super friendly. Transfer to disneyland convenient"

"Great service"

"They charge for parking, which adds to the price. You can purchase a breakfast which is all you can eat but it’s the same quality as breakfast that’s included at other hotels Also they have restaurant staff seat you then tell you can go serve yourself, which isn’t necessary and confusing. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept on"

"Staff were great, however, room was a little outdated."

"My 50th high school reunion was to be held here, so I reserved a room. Arrived at or around check in time. My Classmates and I waited for some time to check in to be told that the rooms were not ready yet. Check in time was 4 p.m and we all wait a very long time. Some had been waiting 2 hours for their room. The banquet dining that was prepared through the hotel for the reunion was very bland. The chicken marsala was dry and the service was poor but the buffet breakfast was excellent. Over all...

"The staff were fantastic and the hotel itself is lovely. I will say, however, that if you’re even a slightly light sleeper this hotel is not for you. I barely got any sleep at all over the three nights I was there due to the noise from upstairs and every surrounding room; it’s like the walls are made out of paper. It got so bad that I had to ask (at 12am) to sleep in a different room on the top floor. I’ve never stayed anywhere with so much exterior noise from other rooms! I hate to complain...

"Todo muy bien , lugar limpio y excelente Ubicación"
