"We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn! It was so nice to find a nice hotel that welcomed dogs of all sizes as well. My golden retriever is a very gentle and well behaved dog but unfortunately it’s hard to find a hotel that allows dogs her size. The Hampton Inn was welcoming and had no issues with her staying with us. A wonderful experience!"

"Rooms are just as they should be, clean, nice, up to day, and plenty of space. Cant say that about others. The breakfast was also amazing. They had the regular continental breakfast( waffles, cereal, fruits juices) and also amazing eggs, bacon, sausage, and made to order omelets. This save my family of 4 about $50 for breakfast every morning. Very pleased. They also offer 2 free drinks per night at happy hour at the bar, but we dont drink and didn't take advantage of that free service."

"This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options."

"The property has not been maintained since the hotel opened many decades ago. The curtains were ripped, the wood furniture is worn away, water damage all around sink and toilet, floor was filthy, shower had soap scrub and hair. Would never recommend this hotel."

"The elevators were down when we started our stay. The hotel staff were not sympathetic. The only room was available on the 6th floor! I’ve never stayed anywhere that none of the elevators worked. Only could take the stairs?!? Never will I chose any Hyatt Place!"

"My husband and I never even got the chance to check in. The front desk employee was extremely rude when asked about the questionable cash only deposit that he demanded that we give. When I explained that I booked online through Expedia and that I can put a deposit on my credit card, he took out a list of guest names stating that it was a list of all of the people who gave the cash deposit and would get it back.
