"The staff/owner/manager made you feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. They helped to carry our luggage to our rooms. There is no elevator, only stairs, but it wasn't too bad. The hotel is right on the water. The wifi was good. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC worked perfectly on warm days. "Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel. We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time. Laundry service was available and great price. Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs. It’s in a quieter area of Luxor, so if you’re wanting to explore East Bank (the busier side of the city) be prepared for slightly higher taxi fares back...

"20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it."

Tivemos apenas um pouco de dificuldade no momento de fechar a conta, mas isso parece ser algo comum na região.
