"Love love love this hotel!! It’s so very beautiful. We reserved 3 rooms for our large extended family- the hotel put us in 4! Without us even asking! The rooms are remodeled and very nice! The property is really gorgeous. We were able to borrow board games for free and they have a pool table that’s also free. Free laundry onsite. "Parking was free, that was the best part. The room was a decent size. The bathroom door was difficult and loud to open and close. There was a separated area of carpet and when we got up in the morning the entire floor felt damp/sticky. I’m assuming there are some issues with sealing in the building. Slept fine, very thin walls though so we did hear neighbors multiple times."

"I really wanted to like this place it's pretty run down. The inside rooms are updated so they're okay. Beds were pretty hard. Half the outlets in the bedroom did not work. And the breakfast I don't even think I would give it a zero sorry went down there there was hardly anything left coffee creamer was completely out the coffee was like mud. I would say the staff was awesome though. Additionally FYI the charger in the parking lot is for only Tesla's"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During our stay, the window panel unexpectedly came out of the frame and fell into the room. This is an extremely serious safety hazard. As you can see from the attached photo, the entire window panel ended up inside the room. My friend was scratched when it happened.
What made the situation even worse was how the hotel handled it. Instead of focusing on guest safety or investigating what happened, they immediately blamed me and demanded...
