"This was a great property and close to the airport. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the breakfast. Everything on the breakfast bar was cold. Not just luke warm, but actually cold. It was a pretty sparse breakfast, but still would have been enjoyable if it would have been at least warm. The coffee was so strong that we had to add water to it just to make it drinkable. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well decorated. Our room was great, the beds were comforatble, the couch in the room was an extra perk, and parking was plentiful."

"The room was clean, the price was good, and the staff was friendly and polite. The ventilation system was quite old and a bit disfunctional. The breakfast was good, not fantastic, but breakfast is disappearing now. What they had was good-just not a lot of selection, and they could use 2 waffle irons, as it was the most popular choice there. We would stay there again for the same price."

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Citizen Hotel! Check-in and checkout were both incredibly easy, and the staff made everything feel seamless. The restaurant downstairs was a highlight. We ate there for multiple meals and everything was fantastic. Our room was also nicely updated, comfortable, and had a lot of character. My only real feedback would be around cleanliness. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the mattress, which was a bit of a bummer, and the shower had some visible mold in a few areas. The air filter was also noticeably full of dust and dirt and looked like it could use a good cleaning or replacement. Those details aside, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall. With a little more attention to the room cleanliness, it would have been excellent!"
