"Rooms cleaned every other day. We stayed 3 nights and on the day of our cleaning we were in the room until 11:30 w/ privacy sign on door. Cleaning staff did not return that day to clean room. When we returned that night and spoke to front desk they offered to have someone bring up towels and take out trash. Bathroom trash was not taken and was overflowing by that 3rd day. "

"2 Night, 3 Day stay... wasn't able to get plates until the morning of checkout because they ran out. I was able to get utensils for my bagels and just ate it on a paper towel. Breakfast offered: coffee, hot water for instant coffee and/or individual packed oatmeal, muffins, and breakfast bar. Room seemed clean except for the tub where there were rust stains from the faucet area. Linens and towels looked clean and smelled fresh."
