"The B'fast menu was fine. There were fresh fruits on one day but not the other day. There are not many vegetarian options for warm food. Also, the coffee was not all that warm or great/bold. The hot water (I wanted to use for making hot tea) from the pot had a coffee smell as well. "

"Very noisy with no handicap accommodations. The staff was very rude and unwilling to help us. Room key was constantly not working and it was very hot and humid. The front desk associate was very judgmental and was constant giving guests dirty looks. I would never stay here again!"

"Disappointed. Had to ask multiple times for towels. Didn’t have hot water for most of our 5 night stay. They only clean the room every 5 days or upon checkout. The gym felt like a sauna with a laundry room in the back. Housekeeper was washing towels. Most of the dumbbells (under 30lbs) seem to be missing. Had to set our trash outside the door every day for pick up. Had to go down to the desk to ask for toilet paper. If you want to save some money for below basic accommodations, this is your place! Location was great and located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Beyond that we will never stay here again!!"
